We want you to find your voice.

In 2022 we surveyed 93 women about their experiences with childbirth education in Utah

57%

Reported that they had the birth experience they wanted

55%

Were familiar with the term postpartum

35%

Were told what to expect postpartum by their healthcare provider

50%

Roughly half of the women surveyed had attended some form of childbirth education

71%

Wished they had been better prepared for the entire experience.

Childbirth is too important to be a process of trial and error.

At Women to Women Informed Health, we want to help you learn what you don’t know so you can ask for what you need and have the reproductive experience you want – the first time.

Our values

“Veda and Emily were both so knowledgeable about the topics they were discussing and also open to learning more and hearing our stories. I like that Veda and Emily come from different birth backgrounds- home births and hospital births. Those are the ends of the spectrum we most often think of regarding birth, and no matter the choice of the mama taking the course, she will know she's in good company.”

Classes

What if you knew what to expect… before you were expecting? We offer a range of in-person classes from menstruation to postpartum support and everything in between.

Gatherings

We want to help you find your village. We host gatherings for local women to come together, show up authentically, and share your stories with one another to remember you are not alone.
